The location was great...right off the highway and surrounded by stores and restaurants. After a very long drive, we ordered dinner from the Mellow Mushroom and they delivered. The hotel itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. The beds were firm and they provided three different pillow comforts. Our hotel breakfast was very good, which is uncharacteristic for a hotel with breakfast included. My husband raved about the biscuits and gravy so I tried them (also uncharacteristic)...they were very good! The biscuits were outstanding! If we ever decide to take a road trip to Florida again, Holiday Inn Express Florence will be our half-way stop!

Front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The breakfast was great and way above so many other hotels offering breakfast, wonderfully displayed. The bed was great, room was clean and beautiful. Appreciated having the pump soap, shampoo, lotion and etc. Loved it all—-will try and choose Holiday inn Express next time when traveling. Thankyou!!!

Property was very easily accessible off I-95. It was very clean and the room was very spacious with a mini bar area for coffee and tea. The hot breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of choices: pancakes, biscuits/gravy, sausage, egg white omelet, pastries, hot cinnamon rolls, anything you could want.

The breakfast was good. Turkey sausage was a little dry but breakfast was hot, the place was clean, and the young lady kept the breakfast stocked. She was very helpful and polite. I regret not getting her name but she deserves recognition.

no pretense, but thoughtful services, excellent value. Holiday Inn Express has become my favorite place to stay on the way to Disney World Orlando; so I simply booked my lodging at HIE on the way back to NY, with most certainty.
